Just a quick update - two days ago there was a workout
Squat 125kg - 5 2F
The technique was quite shitty like something you usually see on alaava's squats.
Bench 77.5kg 5-5-5
Deadlift 105kg 1x5
Now, about today
Squat 122.5 2F-1F then I decided on reset so I went with 112.5 3x5 and it was fine.
Press 37.5kg 3x5
Chinups BW 6-6-4
I don't know exactly WTF this shit with the squat but it is probably because lack of sleep and proper food intake this fuckin' week.
