i've came back from sickness in the middle of cutting
had monocleosis in middle of cutting, and didn't got Gimelim from the fucking army,
5 weeks
of monocleosis
and then flew to 3 weeks,
so i started with low weights and just with adding 2.5 KG and not 5 KG each time
now BW 93 on 170-172
last train weights
squat 142.5
bench 87.5
row 85
dead lift 120
pull up with 10
press 62.5
not so impressive i know
the dead lift is very low i know
i've started low in purpose
i'm still in the army so i don't sleep to much
43 days to hafshaf!!!
hope in 10-12 weeks it will be better and i'l add a movie
if not, you cant bet i couldn't do it, i'm notgonna say for say,
many of the old users know me from mittings and reunions so i'm not a big mouth

bench 110
3*5 of course
and then do the
west side for skinny bastards or the Jim Wendler's 5/3/1
