Hard workout.
Squat - heavy, didn't want to get smashed so I didn't tried. No more.
Bench with db - very heavy, I'm sure I didn't go all the way, probably stay on this weight for a while
Deadlift - disaster, tried as hard as I can to go up with extended back but it just won't come up.. I decided to do high volume til I get better.. :/
